About This Project
This project was created to support the implementation of the 5R and Safety system within PT. Anugerah Mortar Abadi. The goal was to provide a digital solution that allows employees to report findings, monitor area scores, and track resolution progress in accordance with 5R principles.
The development process began with designing the interface based on user needs and workflows. After design validation, the system was implemented and followed by functional testing to ensure data accuracy and ease of use.
Key features included displaying 5R scores for each area, listing genba findings categorized by 5R aspects, and providing a mechanism for responsible personnel to resolve issues by submitting proof of completion (e.g., photo uploads or status updates).
The web version was developed using PHP native and jQuery, while the mobile version was built using React Native. Both platforms consumed data from the backend API. Through this project, I learned to handle multi-platform frontend implementation, maintain data consistency, and create interfaces that improve user engagement in safety and workplace improvement initiatives.
